Service Description
When you work one-on-one with Nicole, you’ll begin by creating a body diagram — a visual map of the areas where you feel pain or discomfort. This helps identify patterns in your body and becomes the foundation for a personalized yoga therapy program designed to support your healing. Pain is complex, and often requires time and patience to release long-held tension and retrain neuromuscular patterns. Yoga therapy uses gentle movement, stillness, and breath awareness to help you move with greater ease, reduce discomfort, and restore balance to both body and mind. Many people discover they’ve been tolerating tension for so long that true relaxation feels out of reach. Yoga therapy offers simple yet powerful tools to change that. With consistent practice, it’s possible to experience less pain, more ease, and a deeper sense of connection with your body.
