Think you’re not flexible enough for yoga? I designed this series exactly for you. Yoga isn’t about touching your toes — it’s about learning how your body moves and discovering how to move with more ease. In this 8-week beginner-friendly program, you’ll explore 5–6 foundational yoga poses each week while learning simple biomechanics to help you: ✨ Move comfortably and safely in your own body ✨ Understand how flexibility naturally improves with awareness ✨ Build strength and stability that supports everyday movement Each session includes guided exploration of individual poses followed by a gentle, full-body sequence — helping you experience how small changes in your movement can make a big difference. 🪷 Ideal for: Anyone curious about yoga, especially those who feel “too tight” or “not flexible enough” 📅 When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30–6:30 a.m. 🗓️ Starts: January 1 (8-week series) 💻 Where: Live on Zoom (recordings available if you miss a class) 💲 Early Bird Pricing: $180 (register by December 1) 💲 Regular Price: $230 (after December 1)
