Beginner Yoga: Move Better, Feel Better A 6-week series for people who feel stiff, out of practice, or unsure where to start If you’ve been thinking about getting back into movement—but feel stiff, tight, or not “flexible enough”—this is a place to start. This is not a fast-paced class, and you don’t need any prior experience. Each session focuses on simple, practical movement that helps you: Reduce stiffness in hips, shoulders, and back Improve how your body moves in everyday life Build strength and confidence without pushing or forcing You’ll learn how to move in a way that actually supports your body—so you’re not just stretching, but understanding what your body needs. This is a small group series, so you’ll get guidance and space to ask questions. You’ll leave with: Less stiffness and more ease in your body A better understanding of how to move without aggravating pain The confidence to walk into any class or continue on your own No flexibility required. Just a willingness to start.
