About the event
Our bodies change as we age. You may notice more stiffness, less balance, or discomfort in places that never used to bother you. This isn’t a sign that your body is “breaking down.” More often, it’s the result of how your joints and muscles have adapted over time.
In this Hip & Shoulder Mobility Clinic, you’ll learn how your major joints work together to support balance, mobility, and ease of movement. Through granular movement, breath, and stillness, we’ll explore common holding and compensation patterns — such as carrying tension in the shoulders or gripping in the hips — that can contribute to pain and instability.
