Join me for a free Yoga Nidra class on Zoom. Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice designed to help you release tension and your mind unwind. Yoga Nidra, sometimes called “yogic sleep,” can be done lying down, seated, or even walking. You will be guided by gentle cues that take you into a state between waking and sleeping.
No yoga experience is necessary. It might be helpful to have blankets, bolsters, or even an eye pillow to help provide additional comfort.
Cameras may be left on or off; all participants will be asked to be muted during the meditation.
